There is nothing one can do to increase or decrease the size of your penis -- it will develop into its adult size as you change from a boy to a man through the process of puberty.

Is it normal for the penis to be curved?

It is quite normal for a man's penis to curve or lean slightly to the right or the left when erect. Many men's penises will curve upwards too. If the penis suddenly develops a lump which causes it to bend abnormally however, this should probably be checked by a doctor.
